Twitter Suffered Second Outage in a Week on Friday
For the second time this week, Twitter customers round world confronted difficulties in sharing their ideas on the microblogging platform.
Twitter confirmed the issue on Friday and mentioned it had resolved the problem.
“Earlier immediately, individuals had been unable to ship Tweets for about 30 minutes. We have resolved the interior difficulty and we’re sorry for the disruption,” the microblogging website said on its Twitter Assist account.
Customers in Britain, France and throughout the US all mentioned they’d skilled difficulties posting messages or viewing their timeline, The Telegraph reported.
Within the US, the problem didn’t seem like fairly as widespread because the incident on April 17 during which the Twitter suffered one other outage, based on a TechCrunch report.
“Some customers might have skilled issues sending and viewing Tweets earlier immediately. This difficulty is now resolved,” Twitter mentioned confirming the April 17 incident.
An identical drawback was reported earlier this month. Twitter said the problem on April 9 persevered just for 10 minutes.
“Earlier immediately, we recognized a problem affecting Tweets with media or hyperlinks not sending and as an alternative returning an error message. The problem persevered for lower than 10 minutes, and was resolved shortly after. We apologize for the inconvenience,” the microblogging website mentioned on April 9.
