Hori’s PS4 Onyx Wireless Controller Announced
When you look at the controller Xbox One compared to that of the PS4 there are some very obvious design differences not only in terms of size, but also in the way controls are set up. The PS4 offers side-by-side analog sticks in a symmetrical layout, while the Xbox One favors an asymmetrical design.
There is no “better” design, but for those who prefer the Xbox controller but own a PS4, you’re in luck because the Hori accessories manufacturer has recently took the turns of the Onyx Wireless controller for the PS4 . As you can see in the picture above, it is clear that this controller is for those who prefer the asymmetrical design of the Xbox.
For the most part, it’s a PS4 controller the center with the PlayStation themed buttons. The main difference would be the size of the controller which is noticeably bigger, and how the D-pad and the left analog stick have shifted places. Apart from that, it will contain pretty much the same features you expect from a PS4 controller
There is no word yet on the prices, but the European PlayStation blog has stated that the controller will be available in Europe from 15 January.
